Grow Marketing Agency California

What happens to your details when you visit

Visits to the site are counted with Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity records how visitors click and scroll. Two pages on this site have a sign-up form, one for the free growth course and one for the free template. Each form sends your email address to DeskTeam360. The template form emails you the template, and the course opens on the next page. DeskTeam360 may email you after that, and the form saves tracking tags that show your sign-up came from this site.

What does Google Analytics count here?

We use Google Analytics, a tool from Google, to count the visits to this site.

Which clicks and scrolls does Clarity keep?

Microsoft Clarity is a tool from Microsoft, and it notes where you click, how far down a page you scroll and how your mouse moves.

  • We use it to spot where visitors get stuck on a page, so we can fix that page.
  • Clarity turns those notes into heat maps, and into replays of visits that can be played back.
  • Anything you type into a box is hidden in what Clarity keeps.
  • Clarity relies on cookies: this site sets a few, and Microsoft sets others.
  • If you visit from the UK, the EU or Switzerland, Clarity sets no cookies for you, since the site doesn't ask anyone to agree to cookies.
  • Your browser's settings let you block cookies or delete them.

What does Microsoft do with that data?

Microsoft gets this data too. It may use it to run Clarity and to improve its own products. It may also use it to build profiles for purposes that include advertising, Microsoft Advertising among them.

What does YouTube collect on the course page?

The videos you watch after signing up for the free course come from YouTube, a Google service, so Google may set its own cookies and collect data when they load. That data includes the page's address and your IP address. YouTube's player collects more when you play a video. Google handles that data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Which pages ask for your details?

You type your email into the two sign-up forms on this site, one for the free growth course and one for the free template. Each sign-up form loads from DeskTeam360's form service, not from this site, and runs Cloudflare's bot check, Turnstile, which may collect details such as your IP address and browser to tell people from bots. You type your details for a call on DeskTeam360's booking page. Whatever you enter there falls under DeskTeam360's privacy policy.

How do I get my data removed?

Write to support@deskteam360.com and ask for your data to be deleted, or send any privacy question to the same address.
